How do I book a party?
Reservations can be made online, through our website, via email or telephone. Bookings are held with a $100 refundable deposit. Your balance is due 2 weeks before your event via PayPal. All events should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, if not a $50 rush fee is applied. If it is a custom theme, then a $75 rush fee is applied.
How much space do I need?
The overall size of the tent and mattress combo is approximately 4 ft wide. We can arrange the tents in many different configurations to make them fit in most spaces but it is the clients responsibility to make sure the space is large enough to accommodate all purchased tents, if not there will not be any refund.
Every package comes with either tents or teepees, an inflatable twin mattress, fitted sheets, blankets, pillows, bed trays, lanterns with tea lights, and sometimes garland. Rugs also can be used.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
Clients must notify A Night to Remember Sleepovers via email or telephone at least 7 days before the scheduled event to reschedule the event to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We will do our very best to accommodate your new event date but please keep in mind that themes and dates are based on availability. If your event is canceled for any reason, instead of rescheduling for a future date, your deposit shall be forfeited. Deposits and monies paid are transferrable but not refundable. If you have any questions about our policy, please contact us before booking. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Thanks for understanding.
How much time is needed to setup and take down?
Setups can take between 1-2 hours depending on how many tents will be set up. I usually come between 2-3 hours before the party to set up. Breakdown and pick up is usually a lot quicker between 20-30 minutes.
Will there be any travel expenses?
We service San Antonio and surrounding areas. There is no travel fee if you are within 25 miles of 78253. If you are outside this radius, we will still deliver to you but a flat rate travel fee of will be assessed.
25-50 miles - $25
50-100 miles - $50
Over 100 miles-$75
If you are over 2 hours away, a travel and hotel fee will assessed. The fees will be a case by case basis and the fee will be given to you before booking.
What if something is damaged during my sleepover?
We understand accidents happens. In a instance something is damaged, you are completely liable for damage and excessive cleaning for items that are not in the same condition as they were at setup. You will be liable to pay face value of the damage item and it will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
